Housekeeping procurement Post

Hi all..

We still have a vacancy for the forthcoming year for the post of Housekeeping at the club..

Kay has done a wonderful job for the past 3 years & is now looking to pass the duties on............. for a full explanation of the role please see/contact Kay, if you dont have her number contact me for it or through whats app Bovey Bowlers, but as an example the following can be taken as a guide.

purchase refreshment items as required (tea/coffee biscuits etc), purchase cleaning materials as required, purchase toilet materials as required.. pass all receipts onto the finance officer for reimbursement, keep an eye on the cleaning/tea rotas for possible uncovered weeks or games & notify website/members to try to cover those turns..

please note that no cleaning duties are generally required other than the post holders own rostered/volunteered turns on duty..
