We played our first invitational friendly match of the winter indoor season at Madeira Club, Exmouth on Sunday. Bovey managed a win on one of the rinks but lost on the other two, one fairly closely and the other by a sizable margin! Games were played in a friendly atmosphere and a pleasant afternoon was enjoyed by all present. It was especially nice to see old friends and ex-members Ray and Carolyn Parker once again. Ray was a former chairman of Bovey Tracey before moving to live in Exmouth several years ago.
