Bovey provided opposition on two rinks at the Derwent against residents from City and County of Bristol Indoor Bowls, a club with over 700 members and a facility comprising nine rinks! Local opposition on the other two rinks came from Marldon.

Julie, Graham, Steve C & Keith lost by 10 shots to 13

Sue C, Arthur, Kath & Alastair won by 16 shots to 7

Overall, the four combined Bovey Tracey/Marldon rinks won by 48 shots to 44, not bad considering neither are a dedicated indoor club.
