CAR BOOT SALE

We propose to hold a car boot sale on the recreation field as part of the club's ongoing fundraising drive.

This is to be held on Sunday 10th August 2025 commencing at 7.00 am for cars (£5.00) and vans (£7.00) to set up pitches and will then be open to the public from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm.

To ensure a successful event we need all club members to participate in whatever way they can, a list is on the notice board at the club for names of members who can help with the following,

1) Marshalls to direct cars and pedestrians around the site ensuring order not chaos.

2) Qualified First Aider to be on hand in case of little accidents.

3) Members to run a Bottle tombola , Childrens lucky dip, sell refreshments, tea, coffee cakes and soft drinks.

4) Provide homemade goodies cakes, sausage rolls etc,

5) Donate items to sell in our own car boot, bottles for the tombola and little kiddies items for the lucky dip.There will be boxes at the club house for you to place your donations.

Finally, will all members pass the word around about our car boot sale and encourage as many people as possible to come and have a pleasant morning BARGAIN HUNTING.

Let's make this a successful event for the benefit of our club
