Coaching session yesterday and next one

Thanks to the 16 who attended yesterday morning and put up with me for 2 hours..

a great mix of old and new members fantastic job..

We covered an awful lot (poss too much), but i thoroughly enjoyed it and hope everyone learned something and took something from the day..

Unfortunately there's more to come so why not pop along this thursday at 6pm for the next thrilling installment. you can register on rink diary or just turn up..

Open to all members old and new.. 2 hours broken into roughly 30 minute slots.. you can attend from the start or arrive just before the timeband that interests you... if you dont need the following timeband you can practice what we have just discussed until the next one of interest. But there is loads to do..

Part 2.....Thursday 23rd July... 6.00-8pm.... Back to Basics ..If you are having a problem in any part of the game don't be afraid to have a look at the basics, many issues start and end just there.

6.00-6.30pm... Mat rules & delivering the jack correctly , how to get it straight down the middle everytime!!! And think..!!!! if you cannot bowl the jack down a straight line how are you going to bowl a wood down a straight line!!!

6.30-7.00pm Grip, do your woods "pineapple" or wobble on delivery.. find out why!!!

7.00-7.30pm Pre shot routine. why is it important? What is it?

7.30-8.00pm Delivery..., how to get consistency, your stance, step length, balance, point of delivery and follow through

theres plenty of time to practice yourself after 8pm if you wish..
