Open day 3rd May 10am to 4pm

Hi all..

Hoping for lots of sunshine & lots of new people walking through the gate... but we will also need some help from members in the following

Bowls... we are in need of various sets of woods, If anyone can spare a set of woods for the duration of the day for the newbies to try out with, these would be gratefully received, all sizes most welcome but particularly the smaller sizes.. if you can text me on 07720823146 we can arrange...

Volunteers... John, Sarah & myself will be there for the whole day from the coaching team (hope you get better soon Sue) & Deborah will be there all day also to look after the admin side, but we will require a few volunteers throughout the day to assist coaching where needed & to welcome newbies & do teas/coffees etc... , we will split the volunteers into 2 hour timeslots of 10am-12, 12-2 & 2-4pm... but, if you can spare anytime it will be greatly appreciated, so again call or text me on 07720823146 with your preferred slot if any.
