Clubhouse cleaning duties & tea rotas for matches

Following on from last weeks message re the above, we still have many gaps on the above lists which need to be filled. The commitee have discussed this situation today & a new system is likely to be in place for next year to superceed the voluntary one we operate now.

It was always the case that members were expected to take a turn on the above rotas & something similar is likely to be introduced for next season.

However, dealing with the immediate future we really do require the members to step up, so if you can help at all please do put your names down on the lists in the clubhouse... Cleaning can be done at any time during your volunteered week... & although teas/drinks are obviously on specific match days, help & guidance can be arranged for individuals who have not covered these rolls before

Remember it is your Club, other clubs always comment on how they enjoy visiting Bovey....lets remain proud of that!!!
