keeping members better informed

Further to the recent AGM, a number of issues were raised by members as to the transparency within the club.

To this end the commitee has agreed to post the minutes of all future commitee meetings in the members only section of the website..Once the minutes are typed up & proof read/approved by the commitee, they will appear in the members section under the sub heading "minutes". Any individual member details dicussed at meetings will be redacted as thought necessary. We will endeavour to get the details on the website as soon as practicable

If you have any issues/questions with any of the subjects in the minutes please speak to a commitee member (details can be found on the "commitee" tab on the website)...

Remember this is your club & the commitee are there to do your bidding.
